Terms of service
By using What's Normal? you agree to the following terms.
The service
What's Normal? analyses documents you provide and returns a pricing estimate of whether the charges look typical. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
Upload only documents you are entitled to share. Do not use the service to harass a business, to publish another person's private information, or to attempt to extract the underlying model or bypass usage limits.
Accounts and plans
Every account includes two free checks. After that you can subscribe to Unlimited at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, or buy a single document check for $5. Subscriptions renew automatically on the interval shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security abuse, or repeated misuse of the service.
Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, together with our own refund policy. We never see or store your card details.
Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service, its software, wording and branding. You keep ownership of the documents you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce and store your assessment. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make based on an assessment, including money paid, contracts signed or disputes pursued. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
