If you are not satisfied with a subscription or a single document check, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to monthly plans, yearly plans and one-time document credits.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will pass the request on for you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, but it is usually a few business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
